We often are led to believe that massage is an indulgence or a treat to pamper ourselves with.  In reality, massage is a powerful tool to use for your health and well-being.  Some of the many benefits are reduced stress, pain and muscle tension, improved circulation, immune function, energy, and mental alertness.  Regular massage, along with other mindfulness techniques, can assist in fostering your good health:  physically, mentally spiritually and emotionally.

60 min customized session — $85

90 min customized session $125
