Hello Beautiful Soul,
Thank you for visiting our site. As December 31, 2024, we have closed the doors to our brick and mortar space. After three and a half amazing years, it is time to take a pause to rest, walk the talk of my own practice and to reflect on what the next part of my journey will look like. I am very excited for what comes next and am planting many seeds for ways we can continue to find peace, mindfulness, togetherness and feel good in our bodies, minds and souls. In the meantime, the On Demand library is still available for classes. You can do a single drop in or a monthly online unlimited. If you want to stay connected, make sure you are on the newsletter list. I’ll be sending out updates to share where you can find me to to practice in person or livestream.
Thank you for making the Shanti Center such a magical space – if you’ve walked through the doors, you have helped to create the special energy that was cultivated there and you have touched my heart.

Shanti means peace in Sanskrit.
It is often said three times: Om Shanti Shanti Shanti – for peace in the body, mind and spirit.
The center was created to be a space to explore mindfulness practices such as yoga, meditation and ayurveda to connect to your inner rhythms and the rhythms of the world around you. We are honored to share these ancient practices that have stood the test of time in a way that can be accessible for our modern lives. Whether you are new, already have an existing practice or are looking to reconnect, there is a space waiting for you.

OUR CLASSES

FLOW
Open level
Designed to allow you to experience flow state. This is an athletic breath led vinyasa (to place in a special or sacred way or the linking of breath and movement) class that is rooted in the history and traditions of the practice.

MOVE AND MEDITATE
Open level
We begin with gentle, chatturanga free movement to help us let go of the day and get grounded. The second half of class we practice relaxation with restoratives, self myofascial release or guided meditations.
